Ariane is a professional nature photographer, former board member and Vice-President of GDT – Society of German Wildlife Photographers (2006-2016) and serves on the executive board of the Ecological Research & Development Group (ERDG).
She moved to the United States from Germany as a result of her fascination with the American Horseshoe Crab (Limulus polyphemus), which has been her photographic focus since 2013.
In keeping with professional nature photography exhibition standards, none of her images are digitally manipulated.
